• I have never used this service before but I my first experience was great! A librarian logged into the chat within one minute, read my question and presented advice on resources immediately! In the area next to the chat the librarian was able to show me searches that I can perform to attain the necessary information. He asked if I was a student of a college or university since they offer access to many different databases, when I told him which college I was a student of he presented me with and actual web page from the college with the list of relevant databases. I love this service, your needs are met almost immediately and the librarian really pays attention to what is being asked."

• I'm 45 years old and not the most computer literate, especially when it comes to "pinpoint," exact content. This is my fourth semester at Bucks Community college, I just found out about this thru a resource locate, lecture at my school library. And I've used it twice already! I did try other search engines on my library's research site, that took me two hours of trying to find exactly what I wanted, it took less than 5 min. through, ask pa, just as it did last time I used it, about a week ago. Thank you so much, maybe I should come right to your site instead of wasting so much time.
